Skoda Fabia 1.6 TDi with Faulty EGR and DPF

Upon arrival, a Skoda Fabia 1.6tdi was experiencing starting issues. We conducted an initial diagnostics check and discovered an erratic EGR and a DPF reading of 73%, which should ideally be under 50%. Further investigation revealed that the previous garage had installed new injectors with incorrect codes stored in the ECU, hindering the car’s ability to self-regenerate the DPF. This issue was corrected, along with the EGR, and a forced regeneration while using JLM solution reduced the DPF to a healthy 22%. In addition, the customer requested a gain in power for the vehicle, which was successfully achieved with our AlienTech system. The customer was satisfied with the repairs and noticed improved driving performance.
